Christmas 2015: Christmas Gift Guide for Men

Only two more days until people can stop saying "keep Christmas in December" as a way to stop you getting over the top excited about the countdown to Christmas.

This week I'm continuing my Christmas gift guides with my gift guide for men. Don't forget to keep a look out for this week's mid-week stocking stuffer guides.

1. Headphones - We all know someone who loves music or loves to shut out the world with some noise excluding headphones. My partner always uses music to shut out the noise on his daily commute and these headphones were his recommendation. The Trinity Hyperion Headphones were created by a Kickstarter company. My partner says "these ear-buds sound far better than their price tag and come with a number of different sized & shaped tips to find what makes you comfortable". These would make a great gift, the packaging is very sleek and easy to wrap, and at £35 they make a very reasonably priced gift. They are currently available on Amazon for £29.

2. Portable Charger - Many people would love the gift of technology, but the choice of technology can often be very personal. However, being able to charge said technology on the go would no doubt be a great gift for any technology lover. The Easy Acc 2nd Gen 15000mAH Power Bank has received some great reviews and allows you to charge 3 devices on USB outputs. It is currently available on Amazon for £18.99 reduced from £79.99!

3. Decanter Set - Glassware can make a perfect gift for a couple or someone who enjoys a well stocked personal bar. This gorgeous Seasons Decanter Set from Royal Doulton comes with a patterned decanter with square stopper and 6 matching tumblers. This makes a beautifully boxed decandent gift for the home that can be given alone or with a bottle of their favourite tipple! This set is available at John Lewis for £50.

4. Cosy Dressing Gown - A dressing gown is always a great option for those tricky people to buy for, especially Dads! Let's face it everyone can make use of a dressing gown, and a high quality gown makes it a bit more luxurious. The White Company Classic Cotton Unisex Robes are made from a high quality, cosy toweling material and make a great choice at a reasonable price tag of £55. The White Company have 20% off this weekend with code AH770 ending Monday.

5. Luxurious Slippers - As I said in my women's gift guide, I think luxury slippers are a great gift for the person who has everything or can't tell you what they want. The Ugg slippers come in different classic shapes, are super cosy on the inside with a hard wearing sole, You can buy Ugg slippers starting at £70 or I purchased some from  the outlet store at Bicester Village for £60. The Ugg Website has 20% off this weekend ending Monday.

6. Cookbook - A great Christmas gift for any cooking fanatic, whatever their gender, cookbooks come in such a variety that you can always find something they'll enjoy. I've picked this Hairy Bikers Meat Feasts cookbook for a gift this year. The Hairy Bikers' recipes are always delicious and easy to follow, and the pictures in the book are just lovely. The recipes in this book focus on lots of different meat meals and snacks so perfect for the meat lover in your life. This book retails for £22 but is currently half price at WH Smiths for £11.
